  • Where are you located?

We are located on the corner of 183 and Bryant Irvin at the north end of the Country Day Plaza.

  • I’m not sure what treatment would be best for me. How can you help?

We know that there are a wealth of options available so that’s why we offer all our new patients a complimentary consultation in order to learn about their specific needs and desires and formulate the best treatment plan to meet your goals.

  • What measures are you implementing during the Covid-19 pandemic?

We take the health of our employees and customers very seriously. If you feel feverish or ill prior to your appointment, please contact us to reschedule. Our staff will conduct all sessions wearing a face mask, shield and gloves. The spa will also be disinfected and cleaned in between every session. Once you arrive for your appointment, please wait in your car until you receive a text saying that it is safe for you to enter. A team member will meet you at the door to Legacy Salons and Day Spa and will escort you to Hush Aesthetics. It is recommended you wear a mask but is not required.

  • Are you a day spa?

Unlike a day spa, Hush Aesthetics is a medical spa (a hybrid between an aesthetic medical center and day spa). We are able to offer some of the same services as a day spa (facials, backcials, eyelash perming, etc) but we’re also able to offer more intensive treatments that require trained and experienced practitioners.

  • How can I make an appointment with Hush?

To make an appointment you can contact us directly at 817-207-7772 or click on our Book Now button. You will not be charged a fee for your appointment, but a $25 cancellation fee will be charged to your card should you fail to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to show up. We recommend that you schedule your future appointments well in advance in order to ensure that your preferred time is available. Certain procedures will require a deposit.

  • When should I arrive?

Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are a new patient, please bring your new patient paperwork with you (medical history information and consent form).

  • Should I do anything prior to my appointment?

If you will be receiving any of our facial treatments, we recommend arriving without any makeup on if possible.

  • What if I am late to my appointment?

We try our best to stay on schedule in consideration of our patient’s and staff’s time. If you feel that you will be late, please notify us as soon as possible so we can adjust accordingly. We will try to complete as much of your treatment as possible but with some treatments, it might be necessary to reschedule.

  • Can I bring my children along to my appointment?

While we adore little ones, due to certain treatments that we offer, they are not allowed in our facility for safety reasons. Children under 18 who are receiving treatment must have a parent or legal guardian present with them at all times.

  • What is your return policy?

With a receipt,you may return unopened products within 30 days for store credit.

  • Do you host Spa Parties?

Yes! Contact us via our contact form to set up a spa party for you and your friends.

  • Do you have Spanish speaking aestheticians?

Yes! Hush founder, Ingrid Hinojosa, is fluent in Spanish.
